Works developed in the 2024 GMTK .

What comes to mind from the theme - Built To Scale is a game mechanism that revolves around changes in size and scope. The overall idea is that the royal guard [sword] controlled by the player needs to defend the [core]. As time passes, the royal guard's concentration on [enemies] will decrease, and the outer circle will enlarge. When enemies touch the outer circle, they will accelerate (similar to in reality, when concentration is reduced, it is more difficult to capture dynamic objects); and green is [energy], and energy will restore concentration.

Since this is my first time participating in a Game Jam as a programmer, I chose the simplest one among the ideas I thought of (but even so, I still haven't been able to improve the dynamic effects and feedback on enriching the gameplay mechanism. I submitted it by squeezing the timeline. I am really a bit weak in programming).

从主题-Built To Scale中想到的是围绕大小范围变化的游戏机制

整体想法是玩家操控的皇家侍卫【刀】需要保卫【核心】,随着时间的流逝,皇家侍卫对【敌人】的专注度就会下降,外层的圈就会放大,敌人在碰到外层的圈时就会加速(类似现实中专注度降低的时候更不容易捕捉到动态的对象);而绿色就是【精力】,精力会回复专注度。

由于这次我第一次作为程序参加GameJam所以所以选择了所想到的创意中最简单的一个
不过即便如此还是没能完善好动效和丰富玩法机制的反馈,压时间线提交,在编程上我真是有点菜 :(
